Stephen Bloomfield is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and an examiner for the Institute. He is a Visiting Fellow in Corporate Governance at London South Bank University; visiting lecturer at Kingston University; visiting lecturer at USUE in Ekaterinburg, Russia  and Director of the Corporate Governance Unit at Anglia Ruskin University. He teaches company law, corporate governance and ethics at Master’s degree level. He is the author of the standard UK text on venture capital funding and has over twenty years experience as a chartered secretary in fund management, stock analysis, company rescue management and journalism.
